Julia has always led a healthy lifestyle, but she never succumbed to the size 0 mentality of Hollywood and she’s never been chubby either. Basically, she’s always looked the way she wants to look- and we love her for that!

Julia is currently on the Diet Designs eating programs and she loves it. What are some of Julia’s favorite foods though? Some of Julia’s favorite foods are biscuits, gravy, and grits. Her favorite drink is a “Scorpino”, an Italian drink made with vodka, creme, orange liqueur and italian ice.

JULIA ON EXERCISE

Julia exercises quite often and she says she loves doing yoga, pilates, jogging and weight training. She says that the more you do, the better you’ll feel about yourself. And it’s true too!
