The goal of the Kate Hudson Diet is to help you lose lots of weight and fast too. Hudson’s trainer, Ashley Conrad, developed this diet for the actress after giving birth to her last child, where she gained 60lbs during her pregnancy. And of course, being in Hollywood, that’s a big no-no. The diet worked amazingly for Kate as she is now back to her normal weight of 115lbs.
What’s good about the Kate Hudson Diet is that you get to have 1,500 calories per day, but you also need to watch the amount of carbs that you consume very carefully. This diet also prohibits processed foods and encourages 3 hours of workout a day including treadmill, weights, yoga and pilates.
A typical dinner meal would be a 6-oz. organic chicken, 3/4 cup quinoa, 2 cups grilled vegetables (anything but carrots or corn) and one Clutch supplement pack, which is available from the trainer’s website.
Although this diet works wonders, it is not for everyone. You might not have 3 hours a day available to workout, plus you need to think if you actually need to lose weight that fast. If not, the best thing you can do is eat as healthy as possible, stop eating out, and get as much exercise as you possibly can but 3-4 times a week is just enough to get you started to a healthier you.
