Kate Hudson has an incredible body, especially after having had a child too! But this actress knows a thing or two about working out and eating healthy. Here are some of Kate Hudson’s diet and workout secrets.
- Kate watches what she eats. When she’s training for a role and needs to lose a few pounds or just get in shape, Kate doesn’t diet. She simply watches her caloric intake and doesn’t go above 1500 calories. She also chooses lean meats such as chicken and fish over carbs like bread and pasta.
- After Kate gave birth to her son, she needed to lose 60 pounds quick so she workout like crazy..about 3-4 hours a day. Kate did one hour of cardio, one hour of Pilates or Yoga, and 1 hour on the treadmill. Pretty intense, no?
- After losing 60 pounds, Kate didn’t stop there. She continued on exercising by doing 90 minutes of kickboxing, 15 minutes of Pro Body Exercise, Pilates, weight training and yoga!
- Kate also stays in shape by alternating her workouts so they don’t get boring. She likes to take dance classes and has even taken a striptease workout!
