Royal princess Kate Middleton has one of the best bodies out there, but she works very hard at keeping it that way. Every bride wants to be in the best shape for her wedding, but for a princess like Kate, the pressure was even greater to look absolutely perfect. So what does Kate Middleton do to stay in such great shape?
For starters, Kate is a natural healthy eater. She chooses foods that are healthy and vitamin packed. Instead of opting for fried foods, Kate usually goes for fruits, veggies,and lean meats. She also avoids eating too many carbs and tries to curb her sugar cravings with fruits instead.
As for working out, Kate is an avid gym-goer, although she no longer has to go to the gym – Prince William built her a gym in their new home! According to sources, Kate works out for about an hour 5 days a week. She enjoys cycling, strength training, and running.
Kate is also an avid yoga goer which is excellent for balance and muscle strength. Bottom line: if you want a body like Kate’s it’s very simple:
