Kelly Osbourne has long been struggling with her weight but since her 2007 production of Chicago Kelly has made a remarkable transformation. In a recent interview with Life and Style magazine, Kelly shares her 6 slim down secrets. Keep reading to find out!

“Kelly used to eat just about anything she could pop in the microwave.”

Now she’s eating smaller portions of healthier foods.

Kelly Osbourne’s 6 slim down secrets:

1. Organic veggies and fruits (she keeps celery and carrot sticks in her fridge to munch on)
2. Saying no to her favorite cookies.
3. Putting the kabosh on late night eating.
4. Cutting out beer
5. Keeping her food intake to around 1,200 to 1,500 calories a day.

Kelly has also admitted to being on the Food Combining Diet which is the theory of eating certain foods together while at the same time avoiding others. It is an absolutely brilliant diet because so many celebrities and regular people have tried it and they’ve all had tremendous success.
