Celebrity diets can sometimes be weird and not always healthy, but if there’s one celebrity that holds true to her shape and embraces it its Kim Kardashian. Her celebrity diet is just like ours…exercise whenever you can, eat whenever you like, and not stress out over every jiggly bit!
Kim, along with her sisters, have recently gone on the Trimspa diet back in January where she actually lost 15 pounds!
“I am toned, fit and at a healthy weight,” Kim Tweeted. “I just need to keep it up!”
And so far, judging from the White House Correspondents dinner pictures which was held just a few days ago, Kim seems to be in amazing shape. We’re not quite sure what her workout routine is, but we can bet that she’s just like the rest of us: sometimes she feels like it and sometimes she doesn’t!
“I overslept and missed my workout! Wow I feel lazy! I need motivation guys!” Tweeted Kim just yesterday.
At least we have a healthy celebrity to look up to who doesn’t make us feel like we need to starve ourselves or that our curves are bad. After all, curves are way hotter than sticks and bones!
