Kim Kardashian is known for her bodacious body, especially her derriere, but not to worry, she still wants to keep her bubbly behind. Kim just wants to lose a few extra pounds that have been bothering her and tone up a little as well. So what is she doing to shed off the pounds?
Well for starters, Kim has started a rigorous workout regimen which includes high cardio such as dance and the treadmill. She’s also been in the gym with her personal trainer working on strength training as well as cardio resistance. Kim says that although she finds it very hard to get up in the morning and start working out, she knows that in the end it will all be worth it. Plus not to mention the fact that the only thing she’s got going for her is her body, so she better hold on tight to it!
As for her diet, Kim has switched to the Zone Diet which is a favorite for the celebrities. The objective with the Zone Diet is to maintain a hormonal balance by eating specifically prepared meals. The food plan consists of a balanced ratio of carbohydrates (40%), fat (30%) and proteins (30%). Kim’s personal trainer is helping her achieve this by planning out her meals beforehand. Dieters are advised to keep their calorie consumption for meals to a maximum of 500 calories, and snacks to 100 calories.
