Kim Kardashian has one of the curviest bodies in Hollywood but all those curves still need a lot of work. To get Kim’s curves, you’ll need to eat healthy but also indulge once in a while and exercise as much as you can. Kim diets and exercises 5 days out of the week, after which she enjoys her weekend going out to dinner with friends. So what’s on Kim’s diet agenda now?
Kim is currently on the Blood Type Diet. The premise of the Blood Type Diet is that the lectins in foods react differently with each blood type. This is an excellent diet because the foods that you are supossed to eat are categorized within your specific blood group. Therefore, your body reacts very well to this diet since it is specifically designed for YOUR body and blood type.
Kim’s exercise routine includes a lot of treadmill as well as butt exercises and lunges. Although Kim doesn’t really like working out all that much, she does have a close friend and personal trainer who helps her do this. Fortunately, Kim’s not one of those Hollywood types that snaks on celery sticks; she loves her food and says she’ll never give up some of her favorites. It’s okay to eat junk once in a while, as long as it is in moderation.
