Leighton Meester on New Diet
Now that Leighton Meester is back to work on the set of Gossip Girl, she`s going to have to start watching her weight again. Although Leighton is nowhere near fat, she still needs to be careful about what she eats as well as her exercise routine. After all, she has to fit into all those amazing GG outfits! So what`s her plan?

Leighton is apparently starting on a new diet called the 5-Factor Diet. Although the diet is not new, it is to Leighton as she is trying to live a better, healthier lifestyle and so this diet does just that. Tons of celebs are already on the 5-Factor Diet and so far, it`s proven successful. Creator of the diet, Harley Pasternak devised this diet together with an exercise plan that go together hand in hand.
The plan is made up of five, 25-minute workouts per week, all of which can be done using a dumbell and a bench. The 5-Factor Diet also consists of eating 5 healthy meals per day.
In her workout routine, Leighton concentrates mostly on tonning of her thighs, butt, and arms. She also does some strength training, cardio and a little bit of yoga. Although Leighton admits to not really liking the working out part, she says the 5-Factor Diet has helped her be more determined and she`ll continue on with it.
