Lindsay Lohan’s Diet and Exercise
Lindsay Lohan has been on a diet roller coaster for many years now, but recently she’s looked healthy, not sticklike, and we’re wondering what type of diet she is on now! Apparently, she’s sticking to a healthy diet now and doesn’t deprive herself of her favorite foods anymore. So what’s this diva doing to stay in great shape? Keep reading to find out!

Lindsay is currently on the 5-Factor Diet which is a very popular diet amongst celebrities. The 5-Factor Diet is a diet and fitness program that gets you to stop counting calories, carbs, food measuring as well as time consuming exercises. The plan is made up of five, 25-minute workouts per week, all of which can be done using a dumbell and a bench. The 5-Factor Diet also consits of eating 5 healthy meals per day.
As for exercise, Lindsay loves to workout. She does a lot of yoga and pilates as well as treadmill and stairmaster. She also works with a personal trainer to tone her abs, arms, butt and legs. Lindsay often works out with her girlfriend, Samantha Ronson.
