Lindsay Lohan’s New Diet
Lindsay Lohan has had trouble with diets in the past. Just a little over a year ago, she was looking sickly thin from going on a crash diet which included eating nothing but cantaloupe and water and exercising 2 hours a day, 7 days a week. Well as you all know, that is not a healthy diet and finally Lindsay has smartened up and got back to her healthier safe. So what is she on now? Keep reading to find out!
Lindsay is currently on the Master Cleanse Diet (which is another crash diet) – but at least this one is pretty healthy for you! She is mainly doing this just to lose an extra 10 pounds, after which she’ll go back to her healthy eating routine – workouts included. The Master Cleanse Diet consists of drinking a concoction of freshly squeezed lemon juice, grade B maple syrup, cayenne pepper, and filtered water that is free of fluoride.
As if that weren’t enough, Lindsay is hard at work in the gym every single day. She enjoys doing yoga and pilates, but she also spends quite a bit of time on the StairMaster as well as the treadmill. Lindsay also does a half hour of strength training as well as rock climbing.
