Madonna is all about being fit and healthy. She barely ever touches junk-food and tries to keep her food as natural and healthy as possible. Madonna eats and organic whole food diet which comprises of lean proteins. She also follows the Macrobiotic diet.

Madonna’s Workout Routine

Madonna is absolutely gaga over yoga and she does it every single day to keep her body fit and trim. She used to do a lot of weight training but she says that she’s now slowed down since she’s on tour and that’s more than enough of a workout.

So if you want Madonna’s body, follow to Macrobiotic diet and do lots and lots of yoga. Also, it wouldn’t hurt for you to dance around a bit!
