You wouldn’t think that someone as young as Miley would have to exercise, but being in show-business especially, your image is everything and no matter the age, you have to actually look your best. So what are some of Miley’s diet and exercise routines?
According to an article published by Seventeen Magazine, Miley Cyrus is following the 5-Factor Diet, which she has been actually following for quite some time now. Creator of the 5-Factor Diet, Harley Pasternak, shares a few of his yummy recipes which he also has Miley on:
Peanut Butter Dippers:
- 2 teaspoons of plain smooth natural reduced fat peanut butter
- 2 sliced apples or pears
- 1 cup of plain non-fat Greek yoghurt
Combine the yoghurt and peanut butter. Mix until uniform. To serve: Spoon the mixture over the pear or apple wedges.
- 1 cup of Plain non-fat Greek yoghurt
- 8 fl oz. Fuze Slenderize Blueberry Raspberry flavor
- 1 1/2 cups of frozen mixed berries.
Combine ingredients in blender and blend until smooth.
The 5-Factor Diet is great because of so many reasons. For one, it allows you to indulge in delicious foods that are actually good for you, it comes attached with an easy-to-do exercise routine that is part of the diet itself, and, best of all, it gives you a day of rest!
