Miley Cyrus’ Exercise Routine

Sure I know what you’re thinking : ” Miley Cyrus doesn’t need to exercise, she’s still young!” Well you are so very wrong! You can’t just get a body like that by doing nothing!

Thankfully, Miley likes to share her secrets with us and she told us that although she loves her junkfood (pizza, ice cream, etc.), she also loves working out. Who woulda thought?

She says that apart from doing all of her shows which require a lot of energy due to the vigorous dancing routines, she also does a lot of different exercises.

Miley starts the day off with an early jog after which she rides her bike pretty much everywhere she can. Aise from that, she also does a little bit of yoga and pilates to keep her body fit and trim.
