Miley Cyrus on a Diet?

You wouldn’t think that a girl as young as Miley Cyrus would even need to worry about her figure, but I guess as long as you’re in the spotlight, age really doesn’t matter. Miley recently admitted that she has been following a healthy diet that she absolutely loves. So what’s her secret?

Given her age, Miley doesn’t necessarily need to lose weight, but she does know that the older you get, the more your metabolism slows down. So she decided to keep things in check with the Zone Diet which permits her to eat healthy and maintin her weight.

The objective with the Zone Diet is to maintain a hormonal balance by eating specifically prepared meals. The food plan consists of a balanced ratio of carbohydrates (40%), fat (30%) and proteins (30%).

So as you can see, the Zone Diet isn’t one of those crazy starve-yourself kinda diets, but rather a reminder that we should all be eating like that. A healthy, balanced diet is key to a long life.

On top of that, Miley also rides her bike everywhere she can and she also joggs in the morning. No need for crunches yet Ms. Miley, but not worry, your day will come!
