Missy Elliott is Back on a Diet
We think Missy Elliott looks great just the way she is, but recently she’s admited to wanting to get back in shape and she is going to start herself on a new diet and start losing some weight. So what’s Missy doing to lose the weight? Keep reading to find out!
Missy Elliott used to be on the Tiny Meal Diet to increase her metabolism and burn off more fat. She also used portion control and substituted different items for healthier ones such as brown rice instead of white.
