Missy Elliott has been struggling with her weight for some time now, but now she’s sticking to a strict diet and exercise routine in hopes of losing some weight and being healthier and more fit. Find out how Missy Elliott is doing it!

Missy Elliott used to be on the Tiny Meal Diet which was a diet used to increase her metabolism and burn off more fat. She also used portion control and substituted different items for healthier ones such as brown rice instead of white. Missy has now switched to a different diet called the Blood Type Diet.

The Blood Type Diet is a very popular diet used among a lot of celebrities, as well as thousands of people around the world who believe that you really are what you eat. The Blood Type Diet got popular when the book Eat Right 4 Your Type by Peter D?Adamo came out. The premise of the Blood Type Diet is that the lectins in foods react differently with each blood type.

As for exercise, Missy is doing her best to attend the gym as frequently as possible working a lot of cardio and strength training.
