Naomi Watts is currently trying out a new diet, called the Blood Type Diet which is actually very popular amongst Hollywood celebrities. Although we don’t think she needs to lose any weight because she already looks great, Naomi is trying to get in shape for a number of different reasons including getting rid of the baby fat and for a new role.
The Blood Type Diet got popular when the book Eat Right 4 Your Type by Peter D’Adamo came out. The premise of the Blood Type Diet is that the lectins in foods react differently with each blood type.

People that are in this group are believed to be the hunters; the earliest human blood group. People in this category should eat a meat-rich diet.
