Olivia Wilde’s Diet and Workout Routine
As one of the sexiest doctors on TV, actress Olivia Wilde has always felt the pressure to look thin, but this brunette bombshell doesn’t starve herself; she simply enjoys a healthy lifestyle.
Olivia is a self proclaimed “vegetarian who eats fish”, but also tries to stay away from carbs such as pasta and bread. With that being said, this can be a little difficult for her as her husband is Italian and pasta, cheese, and wine are a staple in their Venice Beach loft.
Although it may seem like Olivia’s a strict dieter, she actually has a very relaxed approach to it:
“I don’t own a scale, and Tao (her husband) banned the word fat from our house.” “If we eat too much, we say, ‘I feel clogged up.’”
So even though Olivia Wilde doesn’t do much dieting, she does push herself in the form of exercise. She attends spinning classes at a nearby gym.
“I make fun of it, but it’s amazing, because you have to push yourself through this resistance, which is so therapeutic,” she says. “And they say you can burn nearly 800 calories in, like, 45 minutes if you push it to the highest level.”
Olivia enjoys other workouts such as karate, yoga, and hiking with her two dogs. This girl right here is proof that you don’t have to starve yourself as long as you keep a healthy lifestyle by working out and doing things you love!
