Celebrity diets have had a reputation for being one of the craziest, most insane ways of losing weight, but nothing like the charcoal diet. Think it’s something else than what it actually sounds like? Nope. It is what it is: consuming charcoal.

Celebrities are now endorsing these charcoal pills which claim can help you lose weight as well as detoxify the body. The latest celeb to use the charcoal diet is Girls Aloud singer Sarah Harding, claiming that she sprinkles it on her food.

I’m sorry I haven’t been able to update the last few days of my Master Cleanse Diet, but it’s been pretty hectic here and I haven’t had much time. Anyways, I was supposed to keep up the diet for 14 days (after which I was going to shoot for 20 days), but unfortunately, that didn’t happen!

So I thought I’d just write in 2 days at a time since not much is happening other than the fact that I’m losing around 1lb-1 1/2lb a day. Yesterday was day 5 on the Master Cleanse Diet and I felt really great. My cravings were still at bay and I had tons of energy.

Yesterday was my 4th day on the Master Cleanse Diet/The Lemonade Diet and I feel absolutely amazing! My energy levels are through the roof, and my cravings are completely gone. If i sit here and think about a burger, nothing comes up…I would not be tempted to eat one at all!

Hi everyone! Yesterday was day 3 on the Master Cleanse Diet, and I have to say, it has been going really really well so far. Surprisingly, all my cravings have disappeared and I feel very energized.

I have stopped doing the saltwater flush as it just wasn’t for me…I couldn’t stomach it no matter what I did, so I just decided to do without it! But I have been taking my natural tea every night and that has been going well.

So yesterday was my second day on the Master Cleanse Diet or the Lemonade Diet…whatever you wanna call it! I have to say that the second day was much easier than the first. My cravings weren’t so strong and I felt I had a lot more energy.

The only thing I found that I cannot do is the saltwater flush. It is absolutely disgusting and I just can’t keep it down…but I still try to drink at least half a glass or however much I can stomach.

So I’ve decided to go on the Master Cleanse Diet which is also known as the Lemonade Diet, for about 15 days. I’m hoping to lose about 20 pounds, so depending on how the weight loss goes, I might even go up to 20 days.

For those of you that don’t know what the Master Cleanse Diet is please click on the link. But, in a nutshell, it’s basically a detoxifying fast that you keep up for a minimum of 10 days where you only drink a mixture of freshly squeezed lemon juice, grade B maple syrup, water, and cayenne pepper.
