Pam Anderson’s Vegetarian Diet

Pamela Anderson without a doubt, is in the best shape in her life and she keeps getting better every single time we see her! I mean sure she’s had a little help from a couple of doctors in the past but the body work…is pretty much all hers!

Pamela’s Workout

Pamela treats her body like a temple and she exercises 5 days a week. She starts off with 45 minutes of cardio either on the treadmill or the Stairmaster. She then moves on to doing 3 sets of lunges, abs and squats after which she does a half hour of weight training. It’s no wonder she’s got one of the best bodies around!

Pamela’s Diet

As many of you already know, Pamela Anderson is on a strict vegetarian diet. That means absolutely no meat of any kind, just dairy products. But she does stay on a strict diet as well – the Raw Food Diet which is basically the consumation of raw foods only such as fresh fruits and veggies, nuts and things of that nature.
