For those of you that didn’t already know, Pamela is a vegetarian, which means she doesn’t consume any sort of meat, but can still eat milk, cheese, etc. Pamela is currently following the Raw Food Diet, which is a diet where you consume only raw foods such as vegetables, fruits, nuts, and beans. Although this is not a completely vegetarian diet (since dieters can still consume meats if cooked a certain way), Pamela chooses to eat only the raw fruits, veggies, beans, and nuts.
The Raw Food Diet advocates that all food consumed on this diet must be at least 75% raw or uncooked.
Pamela is also hard at work in the gym, at least 4 times a week, concentrating mostly on cardio and pilates. Pamela also does a little bit of strength training and toning exercises.
