Queen Latifah on the Jenny Craig Diet
Queen Latifah has been a spokesperson for Jenny Craig for quite some time now, but is she actually seeing results? She sure is! Queen has actually lost 20 pounds since joining the program. At her heaviest, she was 240 pounds, but she is now down and fluctuating between 195-215 pounds.

“I don’t want to be skinny.” says the Queen. She’s mainly concerned about her health…otherwise, she is very content with her body.
“I had read that if you lost 5 percent of your body weight, you could cut your chances of things like heart disease in half. Jenny Craig mentioned the same statistic to me, so we connected on a health level.”She reveals what has worked for her with the Jenny program, “I haven’t had to sacrifice anything that I normally eat, I just eat a little bit less of it.”
The Queen also sped up her weight loss by hitting the gym 5 days a week, alternating between the treadmill and the elliptical for a full body workout.
