Currently, Rachael has switched to the Alkaline Diet which is not only great for losing weight, but also great for preventing tons of diseases.

The Alkalaine Diet is not only to lose weight, but to get your health back on track as well. Rachael is also working hard by exercising. She has a personal trainer that she works with, concentrating on lots of cardio and strength training. Rachael also has a rigurous yoga and pilates routine that she does every single day.
