Rachael Ray’s Health and Diet Tips
Rachael Ray is everyone’s favorite cooking mama and she’s shown us a thing or two about cooking, healthy eating, and dieting as well. Although Rachael’s had some weight issues in the past, she says she’s happy with the way her body looks and she just tries to eat healthy meals. So what are some of Rachael’s health tips?

Like most celebrities, Rachael also follows a diet which she adopted a while ago and is very proud to still be keeping up with it. Rachael is currently on the Raw Food Diet which is a diet based on consuming unprocessed, preferably organic, whole plant-based foods, at least 75 per cent of which should be uncooked.
The reason Rachael likes this diet is because of the way you get to cook the food. Food that is cooked anywhere above 116°F loses most of its enzymes, therefore the nutritional value is out the door. Rachael eats raw foods either by soaking nuts, blending juices, and cooking with a dehydrator which blows hot air through the food but never reaches a temperature higher than 116F. And to these cooks, any sort of new cooking methods are exciting, so this diet is at the top of Rachael’s list.
Rachael also tries to jog whenever she has the time, and also does her workouts outdoors. She says working out outside makes her feel better overall and gives her a chance to reconnect with nature.
This is an excellent diet since it is very easy to follow and it doesn’t exactly restrict everything. The idea when follow a new diet is to make sure to follow all of its rules and keep up with it for as long as possible. We give all of our props to Rachael who looks great but cooks even greater food!
