Every morning, Rachel practices Kundalini yoga. It is a type of spiritual yoga that focuses more on breathing, meditation, and intense physical poses. When she is on set, Rachel practices her yoga as early as 4:30am! McAdams is known to be very Earth friendly, proclaiming that she doesn’t even use air conditioning.
Rachel also admits to drinking maple syrup which is actually part of the Master Cleanse Diet or also known as the Lemonade Diet. Although these types of diets are good for a short period of time and to help detoxify, it is not recommended that you go on them as a health plan.
