Rachel’s Diet
Rachel isn’t like your typical Hollywood actress. She doesn’t go on fad diets or tries to lose 10 pounds in 4 days. She loves to eat, and she won’t go on a diet to starve herself. On the other hand, Rachel knows how competitive the movie industry is and so she does follow a diet to keep herself in check, with a few cheat days here and there. Currently, Rachel is on the Zone Diet which is actually very healthy for her since it helps her keep her current weight stable while giving her a wide variety of food choices so she doesn’t have to starve herself! The objective with the Zone Diet is to maintain a hormonal balance by eating specifically prepared meals. The food plan consists of a balanced ratio of carbohydrates (40%), fat (30%) and proteins (30%).
Rachel’s Exercise
Rachel is not the biggest fan of exercising, but she knows she has to do it anyway. She mostly likes outdoor activities such as biking and hiking, but she also does a lot of cardio and strength training, alternating between the two.
