Reese Witherspoon’s New Diet

Reese Witherspoon had a few changes these past few years, especially when her divorce to Ryan Phillipe was finalized. She used food as a crutch during her time of stress and thus she gained some weight. But now she’s back to her good old self thanks to a new diet she’s been on.

Reese’s Diet

Reese used to be on the Mediterranean Diet but now she’s switched to the South Beach Diet which is a hugely popular diet amongs celebrities. Reese also eats very healthy foods and stocks up on fresh fruits and veggies.

Reese’s Exercise

Reese tries to exercise as much as possible, about 4-5 times a week. She’ll do tons of cardio as well as yoga and pilates. It’s not wonder this super mama is in such great shape!

But the point here is that if you want to lose some weight all you need to do is exercise and eat healthy!
