Rihanna has never looked better, especially after what happend with her ex-beau Chris Brown, but she attributes all of that to good friends and family that support her. So she looks good, and we think she’s happy too, so what’s her secret to being so stunning?

According to Rihanna, the Low Carbohydrate Diet is all you need. This diet is a very popular diet that is followed by hundreds of celebs, and now you can too.Here is what Rihanna had to say about being on the Low Carb Diet.

”I like carbs, but at the end of the day, carbs are the enemy. It wasn’t so much losing weight as being fit and toned and healthy. I just didn’t feel great.
Now I’m working out and trying to eat healthy. That’s making me lose weight without even thinking about it.”

The Low Carbohydrate Diet is comprised of meats, cheeses, fats, and leafy green vegetables. The point is to keep carbs to a minimum. This diet prohibits the consumption of sugar, white flour, and starchy vegetables. Many people swear by the Low Carbohydrate Diet as a lifestyle since you not only lose a lot of weight, but it also helps you keep your figure.

Aside from keeping up with a low carb diet, Rihanna is also hitting the gym quite frequently, working mostly on her thighs and abs. She also does a little bit of cardio (or at least as much as she can endure) and follows that with a session of yoga and pilates.
