Rihnna’s recently been on a very emotional roller coaster what with the Chris Brown fiasco and all, but we’re all rooting for her and hoping that not only does she make a great comeback but that she’ll also find a better person to be with. To make herself feel better, Rihanna’s been hitting the gym a lot and has also started on a new, healthier diet. Now this information comes from a close source of Rihanna’s, and supposedly Rihanna’s ready to kick the bad habit and transform herself yet again.
Rihanna’s New Diet
Apparently, Rihanna has started eating a healthier diet since her breakup with Chris Brown. She has been rumored to be on the Zone Diet. The objective with the Zone Diet is to maintain a hormonal balance by eating specifically prepared meals. The food plan consists of a balanced ratio of carbohydrates (40%), fat (30%) and proteins (30%).
Rihanna’s Workout Routine
Rihanna has gotten back into the gym with a vengeance. Working out will not only help her stay fit and healthy, but also help to release stress and anger all at the same time. She’s been seen on the treadmill, the stairmaster as well as a ton of yoga and pilates classes.
