Songstress Rihanna has gotten in amazing shape for her ‘Good Girl Gone Bad’ album and I must say she looks absolutely incredible – you just can’t compete with a body like that! So what did Ms. Rihanna do to get so toned up? Keep reading to find out!

”I like carbs, but at the end of the day, carbs are the enemy. It wasn’t so much losing weight as being fit and toned and healthy. I just didn’t feel great. Now I’m working out and trying to eat healthy. That’s making me lose weight without even thinking about it.”

Rihanna has been working with her trainer to get her legs in shape as well as her diet back on track. Currently, she is on the Low Carbohydrate Diet, along with hundreds of other celebs.
