Sarah Jessica is currently on the Zone Diet.?The objective with the Zone Diet is to maintain a hormonal balance by eating specifically prepared meals. The food plan consists of a balanced ratio of carbohydrates (40%), fat (30%) and proteins (30%).
Sarah follows this diet religiously, but also allows herself to cheat once in a while by having her favorite food or snack. When it comes to exercising, Sarah is a pro and she does all the right things to get in shape.
Her routine starts off by a heavy session of cardio (45 minutes on the treadmill, uphill), followed by some rigurous strength training her with personal trainer, toning exercises such as squats, lunges and crunches, and last but not least, a quick yoga/pilates session.
