Even after three kids, Julia Roberts still looks fantastic. She’s not your typical Hollywood stick, (and we’re thankful for that), but she still is one hot-looking mama, and we admire her for that! So how does Julia manage to keep herself in such good shape, especially after three kids?

We found out that Julia basically lives a healthy lifestyle (no surprise there!). She is mostly eating a healthy combination of vegetables, salads, and fish. Julia also loves to cook so she’ll try to make healthy meals, but when she doesn’t, she’ll follow it up with a quick run and lots of water.

So how did Julia melt off the baby weight? Apparently, she did lots of Pilates. So pull out your Pilates mat, because this is one workout you’ll need, especially post-pregnancy. Pilates is great because it concentrates on the core of the body and therefore stretches the body and strengthens it as well.

Julia also does a lot of strength training, hence the toned body that she has. She started off with 3-5lb dumbells, and then she gradually moved up higher. Strength training is one of the best ways to get in shape since you work out all of your muscles.
