We all know and love our little country gal Taylor Swift because she’s come a long way. She works hard at whatever she is given and doesn’t seem to stop to even take a breath. And that goes for her body too; Taylor knows it’s part of the Hollywood deal and she’s willing to put in extra effort to look extra good. So what’s Taylor’s secret?
Taylor has recently started on the Raw Food Diet which is an excellent diet for anyone that loves eating fresh fruits and veggies. The Raw Food Diet is based on consuming unprocessed, preferably organic, whole plant-based foods, at least 75 per cent of which should be uncooked.
When she finds time in her busy schedule, Taylor also loves doing yoga because she says it calms her mind and body and we can all agree that Hollywood looks pretty hectic.
