Taylor Swift has been in the news a lot today due to the much anticipated release of her new album, Fearless as well as having a #1 single out! The country star is also set to perform tonight on the Country Music Awards. This young country singer has come a long way and that’s in her part to her diet too!

Taylor has been said to be a health nut, eating only fresh fruits, nuts, fish, and veggies. It’s no wonder she looks so great all the time! Although not a big gym fan, she likes to relax by talking long walks and short jogs.

Three to four times a week Taylor incorporates a little bit of yoga and pilates into her busy schedule. It’s hard work being a celebrity – you have to look the part too!
