We all know celebs go to great lengths to lose a lot of weight fast whether it’s for a movie or shedding that baby weight. But there are celebrities who lose weight by eating healthy and exercising, and there are the other celebs who go on weird crash diets that all make us go wtf? So here are the top 5 weirdest celebrity diets.

#1. Katie Holmes- Raw Veggie Diet


Katie Holmes managed to look stick thin in a short amount of time by sticking strictly to eating carrot soup for breakfast and raw broccoli for lunch and dinner. I would probably die of starvation, but kudos to Katie!

#2. Beyonce- The Master Cleanse Diet


When Beyonce filmed the movie Dreamgirls, she was asked to lose some weight and so she went on the Master Cleanse Diet for 14 days. She said: ‘I lived on water, cayenne pepper and maple syrup for 14 days. I was just shrinking and shrinking. People were like: “Are you OK?” I didn’t feel good.’

#3. Victoria Beckham- Strawberries and Beans Diet


Posh Spice apparently lives on strawberries and beans…and that’s it. When the star frequents Nobu restaurant in London, she always orders a bowl of edaname.

#4. Nicole Kidman- Hardboiled Egg Diet


During the filming of Cold Mountain, actress Nicole Kidman wanted to stay as slim as possible and went on a hardboiled egg fast. Nicole had one egg in the morning and 2-3 eggs for dinner…that’s it!

#5. The IV Diet

One of Hollywood’s dirty little secrets is the IV Diet in which celebs check themselves into the hospital to get put on an IV so they can avoid eating altogether. All I have to say is…what is the world coming to???
