Vanessa is keen on pilates, which she does about 4 times a week, one hour each. She says she also loves doing a lot of cardio and is in the gym about 4-5 times a week. This keeps her body strong and tone so that she does not lose muscle definition.
Although Vanessa likes to work out and eat healthy, she does admit to being a chocolate junkie. It doesn’t matter if she worked out or not, she will always eat her chocolate and as much as she can do. After all, chocolate is good for you, no?
