Vanessa Hudgens is America’s sweetheart and we’re all dying to know what she does to keep that body in such great shape (other than being young and having an extremely fast metabolism). We’ve heard she’s on a chocolate diet, but is that really possible or is Vanessa just a fan?
“I just love chocolate and I can’t give it up,” the High School Musical 3 star says. “I find myself eating it all the time, even when I don’t want to be. It just appears in my mouth!”
Ok so maybe there is no such thing as a chocolate diet (but we can all hope…), but Vanessa does have a few tricks up her sleeve on keeping fit and healthy. She’s never really been on a diet but she says she does work out a few times a week incorporating tons of cardio, weight lifting and yoga or pilates.
As for diets, Vanessa is currently on the Fat Flush Diet which is basically a diet that lets you flush out all the bad foods from your system. The Fat Flush Diet is extremely popular amongst celebrities and it’s a great way to cleanse your insides and start off fresh and new.
