Vanessa Hudgens on the Zone Diet?
Rumors have been flying around that High School Musical star Vanessa Hudgens is on the Zone Diet. Although it doesn’t seem like she needs to be on a diet, close sources to the star say that Vanessa wants get to toned and be in the best shape of her life.

So what’s the Zone Diet all about? Barry Sears is the author of the Zone Diet and he says that ou should eat only foods which control your body’s insulin production. Each meal or snack is designed to follow a 40% (carbohydrates) 30% (mono-unsaturated fat) 30% (protein) ratio so that the body can give optimal performance. Tons of celebrities already follow the Zone Diet simply because it makes sense.
Your body needs a little bit of everything and this diet has it all. It’s not a fad diet like most other weight loss programs out there are because it focuses on giving your body exactly what it needs and when it needs it.
According to sources, Vanessa has already seen some progress while being on the Zone Diet. Apparently, her body is starting to get more toned with each and every day and her problem area (her stomach) is starting to go away quickly. Apart from following this simple diet, Vanessa has also been seen going in and out of the gym working mostly on cardio, strength training and yoga.
Vanessa has also been advised to keep a calorie count of her meals, which shouldn’t exceed 500, and 100 calories for snacks. Her Zone Diet consists mostly of fresh vegetables, leafy green vegetables, fruits, nuts, sufficient protein consumption, and eight glasses of water a day.
