Ever wonder what models eat other than sticks of celery? Well contrary to popular belief, models don’t exactly starve themselves. Sure, there are some models out there that do eat practically nothing, but for the most part, models adopt a very healthy eating habit along with some very hard and strict exercise. The Victoria’s Secret Models have tries out numerous diets including the South Beach Diet, the Zone Diet, and the Macrobiotic Diet, just to name a few. Unfortunately, these models don’t spend much time at home and therefore don’t have time to keep up with these demanding diets, so a lot of times they’ll take natural and healthy (we should hope so) weight loss supplements to help with their cravings.
