If there is one group of phenomenal looking girls in the world, it’s got to be the Victoria’s Secret models. Their job pretty much entails them to look their best at all times, and you know that means a ton of dieting and a ton of workouts. So what exactly are they doing to stay so thin and fabulous?

According to a report, the Victoria’s Secret models are on a new diet which enables them to keep up with it wherever they may be or whatever they might be doing. This diet is not new, but it is one of the best ones out there. We are talking about the Low Carbohydrate Diet which is pretty much the perfect diet, especially for a model.

All Victoria’s Secret models have been put on the Low Carbohydrate Diet along with a very strict exercise plan. The Low Carbohydrate Diet is comprised of meats, cheeses, fats, and leafy green vegetables. The point is to keep carbs to a minimum. This diet prohibits the consumption of sugar, white flour, and starchy vegetables. Many people swear by the Low Carbohydrate Diet as a lifestyle since you not only lose a lot of weight, but it also helps you keep your figure.

The models have been following this diet for a few months now, but it’s nothing new to them since they are used to dieting and not really eating what they want. But hey, I guess you can’t have it all! If you’re looking to lose a significant amount of weight and keep it off, the Low Carbohydrate Diet is ideal since it cuts out all the bad carbs, leaving your body to ingest only what it actually needs and nothing more.

Unlike all other diets though, the Low Carbohydrate Diet lets you eat whatever you want so the Victoria’s Secret Models love this diet since it gives them a little bit of freedom all the while keeping up with their weight too.
